Have you always fancied trying clay pigeon shooting but never quite taken the plunge? Our beginner shooting lessons at Straight Shooters are the perfect starting point. Based near Thirsk in North Yorkshire, we welcome complete beginners every day and our CPSA qualified instructors will have you hitting clays sooner than you think.
We know that picking up a shotgun for the first time can feel daunting, which is why we take care of absolutely everything. There’s no need to bring any equipment and no prior experience is needed whatsoever. From the moment you arrive you’ll be made to feel at ease, with a full safety briefing, gun fitting, eye dominance check and plenty of patient encouragement throughout.
